A booking request does not guarantee availability until confirmed by us.
We reserve the right to refuse any booking request.

2. Prices & Payments

All prices are displayed in EUR unless stated otherwise.
Prices include standard utilities and amenities.
Payment terms (deposit, balance, payment method) will be communicated during booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation conditions depend on the individual booking agreement and will be communicated at the time of confirmation. In case of late cancellation or no-show, charges may apply.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times will be specified during booking.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.

Guests must respect the property, neighbors, and local regulations.
No parties, events, or excessive noise unless explicitly approved.
Any damage caused by guests may be charged accordingly.
